South African wine confidence for 2004 is high ...

Wines of South Africa (WOSA) will be hosting a national South African Wine Pavilion at the 2004 London International Wine & Spirits Fair on adjacent stand numbers L30, L40 and L50 centrally located in Excel’s South Hall.

Over 60 wineries will be participating on the Wines of South Africa pavilion, presenting a huge diversity of wine styles from regions all over the Cape. These exhibitors range from small boutique wineries such as Hamilton Russell, Diemersfontein and Capaia, to estates including Lourensford, Lanzerac and Middelvlei. Medium sized producers such as Beyerskloof, De Wetshof, Seidelberg, Neil Ellis, L’Avenir, Vergelegen and Boschendal will also be present standing alongside the larger volume producers and wineries such as African Terroir, Coppoolse & Finlayson, Stellenbosch Vineyards, Swartland Winery, Vinimark and Winecorp, to name just a few.

Surrounding the Wines of South Africa stand will be a bevy of other South African agencies, distributors and wineries including Western Wines, Raisin Social, Vinfruco, Edward Cavendish (KWV), Douglas Green Bellingham and Distell.

2003 was an exciting year for South African wine exports to the UK, with a drive to achieve the South African wine industry’s vision for 2005 (13.5% value share of the UK market) confidence for 2004 is high. To experience everything that is new and exciting from the Cape, the WOSA stand is located right in the centre of the hall.
